CONTAMINATION-CONTROLLED FIBC
Cleanroom FIBC for Contamination-Sensitive Materials
Cleanroom-controlled FIBC production for selected powders where foreign matter, handling discipline and inner packaging can affect downstream quality.

Representative FIBC construction — cleanliness level, liner and final packaging require an agreed acceptance plan.
Controlled Production
Cleanroom-controlled production is available for selected product routes.
Material Review
Fabric, liner and accessories are evaluated against contamination concerns.
Defined Packaging
Inner and outer protection are agreed for storage and transport.
Documented Checks
Acceptance points are tied to the approved specification.
DECISION FRAMEWORK
Clean handling begins with a measurable acceptance target
“Dust-free” and “cleanroom bag” can mean different things to different buyers. The practical specification should state what must be controlled: visible foreign matter, particles, loose fibres, liner cleanliness, metal contamination, packaging method or a customer-specific limit.
Suitable when
Battery powders, high-purity minerals, pigments or functional materials with defined contamination concerns.
Applications that can specify cleanliness, inner packaging and inspection requirements.
Qualification programs that include sample review and agreed acceptance criteria.
Do not proceed without review when
Projects requiring an unverified cleanroom class claim or unspecified “zero particle” performance.
Applications where the customer has not defined the critical contaminant or acceptance method.
Situations where downstream handling will immediately defeat the agreed cleanliness controls.
CONFIGURATION
Define the construction around the process
These are engineering inputs, not fixed catalogue promises. Final values are recorded in the approved specification.
01
Product-contact system
Fabric, coating, seams, threads, accessories and liner are reviewed as a complete contact and containment system.
02
Clean handling route
Cutting, sewing, inspection, folding and final packing controls are selected according to the agreed requirement.
03
Acceptance pack
Visual checks, dimensional inspection, packaging condition and available supporting reports can be assembled for qualification.
Verified wording for this stage
A third-party environmental monitoring report dated 26 May 2026 is available for the monitored inner-bag workshop. The approved public wording at this stage is “cleanroom-controlled production.” Exact classification or product cleanliness claims are confirmed only against the current report and customer requirement.
A clean production area does not by itself guarantee a particle limit on every finished bag. Product-level acceptance must be specified.
What to include in your cleanliness brief
Share the material, sensitive contaminant, target method or limit, liner requirement, metal-control requirement, inner packaging, sampling plan and downstream unpacking environment.
BUYER FAQ
Questions to resolve before quotation
A strong RFQ gives procurement, quality, EHS and operations the same technical starting point.
Is this a Class 100,000 cleanroom FIBC?
Current website wording is intentionally limited to cleanroom-controlled production. A specific class claim is only made after the relevant report and product route are reviewed.
Can you guarantee “dust-free” bags?
“Dust-free” is not a complete acceptance criterion. We need a measurable or observable cleanliness requirement and an agreed inspection plan.
Are liners always required?
No. Liner need depends on moisture, oxygen, powder containment, cleanliness and product compatibility.
Can I receive the monitoring report?
The current report can be reviewed as part of supplier qualification after the project and applicable production route are confirmed.
