TECHNICAL INPUTS
The form is deliberately more detailed than a generic “get a quote” form. Accurate inputs reduce unsuitable recommendations and repeated clarification.

Name, SDS, particle size, density, moisture sensitivity and compatibility.

Risk
Combustible dust, ignition data, solvents, grounding and hazardous-area information.

Cleanliness
Critical contaminant, target method, liner cleanliness and inner packaging.

Handling
Load, dimensions, filling head, discharge outlet, lifting, storage and transport.

Before you submit
Do not include trade secrets or highly sensitive formulations. A material description or SDS reference is normally enough for the first review.
Response expectation
The first response is a technical gap check, not an automatic product approval or final quotation. Complex electrostatic and dangerous-goods applications may require additional evidence.
